Key Requirements

To be considered as a team member with AnkorCare, the following must be met:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience of providing care in the industry
2. A copy of New Jersey License or certificate number, as applicable, the type of license, the licensing authority an the expiration date of the license.
3. A dependable vehicle properly insured.
4. Valid State driver’s license.
5. You must be trustworthy and dependable.

In addition to meeting the above criteria, the following documentation will be required:

1. A valid NJ Driver's License
2. Physical Exam by an MD/DO, APN within 12 months prior to date of first case.
3. Copy of recent TB (Tuberculosis) screening (within last 6 months).
4. Background check completed.
5. Any certifications or degrees you may have earned.
6. Minimum of 3 verifiable professional references.
